I think many people will agree that the situation has gotten worse. Blocking may be a temporary feature for the problem, but not an effective solution. Even if you block a user, you won't know if they are stalking you through another account or if this user harasses or spams other people. So it's not really effective.
Even if you send many emails with proof that this user is crossing the limits of "freedom of expression" very rarely will administrators take action against that user. For us it is tiring because we do not see a solution and the answers are vague.
I really think that the page needs more administrators who take the job seriously and do not turn a blind eye to situations, especially harassment. I know that being an administrator is not an easy job but if I were an administrator I would take these issues really seriously because no one deserves to be harassed or intimidated for having a different opinion than everyone else.
As users, this situation is also tiring and even more so when there is no response or solution even if you send 300 emails. If they would stop taking really stupid things seriously and focus on the more serious situations, then we would all feel safer.
Otherwise this will become a forum where there is only harassment and intimidation by users who just want to come and hurt other people.
