If flower gifters are tied, put the ones who first gave that amount on top. New gifters on bottom.

I noticed recently when I've been giving flowers that if I give the same amount of flowers as 7 or 10 people who have given the same amount as me before,  I jump ahead of them in the gifter rankings. This does not make any sense at all. If people are tied for the same amount of flowers, put the first person to give that amount higher on the rankings. New gifters should not be jumping the rankings and going above older gifters.
