Fix completed or ongoing option for movie review

Whenever I try to write a review for a movie that I completed, I don't get the option of choosing that I completed the movie before posting the review and so as a result, my movie review says I am still ongoing with the movie when it should be completed.

Oh, I see why. The movie doesn't have an exact date. We will look into it.
