Add Trigger Warnings to MDL

Adding to this! Let's say you have a blocked tag that's also a spoiler! When you pull up a page for a show you immediatly get a pop up saying, "This title has one of your blocked tags marked as a spoiler. Would you like to know which one?"

As someone with friends who has been severely triggered by a show in the the past because it didn't have the necessary problems, I love this idea and hopes it gets implemented soon.
