That is why I'm saying, the key to solving this issue and to satisfy everyone, not just the majority through democracy, is by implementing a personalized option.

@Peephole   it's not like they don't make sense, it's that the people making the final decision may be biased and using the rigid rules as an excuse when they need to or saying that the guidelines must not be so strict when they want to, because, again, we are humans.  Let's just make the posters personalisable or votable and go.
