Merging feed Episode update with Episode Review

I use the "watched ep count" update for almost every episode daily and it'd be nice if they were saved somewhere (or converted into episode reviews) instead of them getting lost in the feeds. 

I know I can just write them as episode reviews but I'm too lazy to do both and clicking the "share MDL" one is easier and faster..

also this could work with  merging the final review with the last "completed status" shared on the feeds
