Suggestion Votes

Rather than having 5 limited suggestions Votes, give users the ability to Vote only 1 time (doesn't reset ever) for each Topic. If users like the suggestion, they will vote. If they do not, they will move on (or maybe introduce a downvote feature). This way, users can vote for all the suggestions they like.

There are 5 Votes?  I only gotten 2 Votes, and is there anyway to collect more votes, or is it 2 per user?
