Upvote / Downvote Glitch on Reviews

I have been noticing an upvote glitch in a lot of reviews and that it keeps going up but once someone likes it goes back down please can this be fixed.

When you upvote or downvote, it will remove unverified votes. Basically, the system is correcting itself.
