Formatting for Comment/Reply

Is it possible to use formatting like BB Code on comment/reply?
I mean, not in the forum section, but on the show/drama page.
Like making part of the comment have strikethrough?
Changing the size of the font, color, etc?
If it is possible, please also add link or button to show the hint/guide on how to do it.
