I’ve been receiving death threats and racist messages from an account that I suspect belongs to the same person. I can’t report them directly, so I reported them via email and personal DM, but no action has been taken and no explanation has been given. I don’t understand the lack of action and how this platform tolerates such behavior. I don’t understand why my reports are constantly getting ignored. 

This person’s harassment is not limited to me, but affects other users too

This user is promoting their website by making threads which have links to their site (and the threads have no questions, are simply copy-pasted articles/paragraphs. I don't know if this is the place for it, but they've made three threads in seven hours.
