It's probably Latte (former Floriella, Mecherie, Momochan etc) and she always bumps up old threads or reply with only heart symbols or words like "cool", "wow" etc. Her new account is Moonlight (username pinkmoonlight https://mydramalist.com/profile/pinkmoonlight). She's been warned for this behavior but I guess it didn't change her attitude at all if she keeps doing this. 

@Ji-N Sorry for being off-topic but I'd like to block pinkmoonlight and can't because she sent me a friend request and now the block option is locked by the known error that it only shows "Accept request" Could you please help me? Thank you. :)

Not sure if the following two cases are spams, as both posted and then deleted their posts with a thread of responses that remain visible. And clearly the first one is highly questionable.

Recently, I noticed the posting of irrelevant "political" comment on The Untamed page. After a number of exchanges with other MDL users, the original "political" comment was displayed as [deleted]. Would it be possible for Admin to delete the entire comment thread to that deleted comment? Helps to declutter irrelevant comments and weed out spam account. https://mydramalist.com/28723-the-untamed#comment-8548409

Likewise, for this comment that was also now displayed as [deleted], possible to delete the responses to the deleted comment? https://mydramalist.com/28723-the-untamed#comment-8610889

Would be good for a person who deleted his/her comment, to have all responses under that comment auto deleted together as well.

I suggest a filter on the thread title words.
At least if, as I imagine you are on a private server, even a bash script in cron on mysql or the db you use.
