When I block someone i still get messages from them..anyone knows how to stop this?

hello moonlight have you tried refreshing the page after you blocked that person. Something like this happened to me once so I unblocked that person then clicked on block user button again then refreshed the page/website and it worked for me fortunately. I hope it works for you too.

Sent me a friend req, no message, but the account was created yesterday and already has 540 friends with no content whatsoever.

Stopped having access to their profile right after I rejected, as in within a minute.

came to report this same user. Seems sus based on that profile picture alone since it's flashing a picture of a whatsapp number and also has boobs drawn on it.
