Message won't go away and I can't click on it

I tried sending a message to that person but it didn't work! I hope you are able to find out what's wrong soon :)

Thank you to the person who just sent me a message. I hoped it would help, but it didn't.  I even closed the site on my phone, shut down and restarted the computer, I deleted the message, but nothing helped...
