Unable to change profile picture

Hello,

I've been trying to change my profile picture but have not been successful so far. After I tried to upload a new pic, nothing changed even after I clicked the save option. If I refreshed the page, I got gateway page error. The pics size ranged from 10 KB to 1 MB, nothing got through.

Do you know what kind of format is it (png, gif, jpeg or others)?

It was jpg.

I tried again just now, and it went smoothly. Thank you for the help! I wonder what happened back then. ^^;
