Add Persian language

Hope you are keeping well +-+

I was checking a drama page and I see a part to change language from English to some other languages like Turkish...

And I was looking to persian language but it had not any Persian language.

I wanna request to add Persian language as another language in edit part... I can help for this language and it's not just me.

There's a lot of Persian native ppl in this site who can help to improve it.

And It's so good and helpful for Persian natives.
