Gifs on Biography

So apparently whenever I put a gif on my Biography, it works! But when I try putting another one, it says "Something went wrong. Please try again." So, I try again. And it doesn't work. I've tried a different browser and restarted my laptop and it still isn't working, it only lets me add one gif a day, is that a glitch or is it an actual thing I have to wait for?

I believe it's the format or link that you copied may be invalid.
