I cannot select any time after 10:50 from the picker at the Release Information... Please check the image linked below (the embed image link in the this forum suddenly not working too lol).

I've tried different browsers and it happens in all of them..

That's always an issue with the last episode in the list. Because of the boxed item that the calendar's code is written in, it doesn't allow the dropdown menu to overflow from it. 

To say it less technical, on the last episode in the calendar list you won't be able to select anything pass 10:50PM. The only way to go around that is to add an extra episode, fix the airing time of the episode you want to fix (in your case ep. 327), and then delete the extra episode. At the moment, there's no other solution to this except the one I mentioned. (:

Thank you for replying, anyway after tinkering a bit I found a more technical solution for that. I used the Element Inspector from my browser and increased the padding for '.el-card__body' element.
