Question about Top Contributors

Hi, I just have a quick question about the contributor section that I wasn't able to find an answer on the site.

What exactly are contribution points and how does that corelate with the number of episodes/titles and people?

someone wrote this in another discussion: "Contribution Points are not related to articles, they indicate the number of edits made on drama pages or actor profiles (such as add cast or crew roles, add synopsis of shows, change official posters, add tags) or when creating a new drama page or new actors/directors/screenwriters etc. profile."
