I guess it's some kind of bad luck for me:

The Hobbit -- I really liked the novel and cartoon.  Then Peter Jackson comes out and kills the IP in horrible trilogy movies

Mirror:  Twin Cities -- I loved the anime.  Top notch stuff.  Then Croton comes out and kills the IP with terrible drama adaptation.

Fox Spirit MatchMaker -- I sort of thought the anime was OK.  Then Yang Mi comes out and hogs the IP and I'm pretty sure that live action drama starring her will be shiet compared to what Tencent is capable of pumping out.

A Will/Thought Eternal -- OMG, this anime even better than Founder of Diabolism.  Love the art style, story, characters, everything.  Then some stupid company goes out and hogs this IP.  This drama dead (for me) before it even got finished and aired!!  Why couldn't Tencent just outright do the drama like they did for Diabolism, not let the IP slip into some shiet third rate production company?!?!
