No Real Love Triangle

FL had a slight crush on her role model in the beginning, but it's barely a thing and he has strong feelings for someone else. She was already half over that crush at the beginning of the drama and forgets about it quickly. She also mentions having a crush on the ML's secret identity (Healer) from fairly early on. This turns into the closest thing the drama has to a love triangle: the ML's two secret identities and the FL. No other distractions.

No M/F/M love triangle in the sense that only one male character falls in love with the FL. A slight F/M/F love triangle, but it's limited and not frustrating. 

The FL encounters her ex-fiancee (the SML), which makes the ML a bit jealous at first, and the ML has a fiancee as part of an arranged marriage but he has no feelings for her. 

(More significant spoilers ahead) The FL and SML never had romantic feelings for each other. The FL's brothers set her up with the SML because he was a Korean Englishman and they wanted to send her abroad so they wouldn't have to compete with her for their father's company. One of the brothers hurt the SML's family, so the SML was planning to get revenge by marrying into the family, but the FL saw through him completely. So the SML respects the FL and they are basically friendly acquaintances. Later in the drama, the ML relies on the SML to help the FL and they also become essentially friendly acquaintances, and the SML's romantic storyline is with the ML's fiancee. 

The ML's fiancee likes the ML, doesn't like that the FL puts the ML in danger / doesn't like the FL, but she's an interesting character and gets her own romantic storyline. I didn't find her annoying or unlikeable. The ML never had any romantic feelings for her and was never torn.

No distractions.

The ML and FL's exes each make brief appearances, but they are both 100% over their exes and their appearances don't create any serious drama or issues. Really no distractions.

FL has a crush on ML's brother at first but gets over it fairly quickly. ML's ex shows up briefly, but he's completely over her. Otherwise, no distractions.

A secondary male character has a crush on the FL for a while but it only interferes with the main couple for ~2 seconds, if that. The FL has no interest in him and the ML trusts her to handle the situation herself.

FL's soul shares the body of another girl. That girl likes the ML's rival. Otherwise, no distractions.

For a short while the narrative makes it seem like the SML is a potential love interest for the FL, but later on it becomes clear that neither of them ever have romantic feelings for each other. So no real distractions.

Another girl who likes the ML shows up briefly but he has zero interest. A secondary male character likes the FL but understands that she sees him as a brother and never confesses. 

A supporting male character likes the FL but doesn't really confess or get much screen time. No other distractions.

Three very minor possible alternatives to the ML (FL's former student, FL's friend's brother, ML's cousin / rival). None are presented as serious candidates and they get minimal screen time / plot attention.

The second female lead gets very little screen time and is quickly dismissed as not a serious romantic candidate.

The leads break up with their significant others at the same time. No distractions.

There's really no second lead / love triangle dynamic at all. The FL has a good rapport with her senior and the ML's brother, who are both fond of her, but those relationships remain completely platonic. When political figures try to arrange the ML's marriage, they never end up getting to the point of picking a fiancee for him.

The FL's ex from a decade ago makes an appearance but there's zero risk of the FL being interested in him. A girl from the ML's past who likes him also appears, but the ML's feelings for the FL never sway. 

No love triangle at all. The second FL is the ML's step sister. The SML is the FL's friend, but apart from a slight misunderstanding on the ML's part in the beginning, they are never, ever portrayed as anything other than close, platonic friends. 

The FL's sunbae is interested in the ML but he has zero interest in her or anyone other than the FL and the sunbae takes up very little screen time. The FL's adopted brother might have romantic feelings for her or he might just be really protective. I prefer to think the latter. He never says anything to the FL and she never wavers in her feelings. Overall no real distractions.

The FL's senior at her university has a massive crush on her and tries to go out with her several times, but she has zero interest and is never distracted. He's fairly peripheral to the story so I wouldn't call him a SML. Technically you could call this a M/F/M love triangle but it's minor and one-sided. 

There are two very brief misunderstandings and a few cute instances where one lead gets jealous when other people are close with the the other lead, but there are never any romantic rivals at all.

The romance isn't the main focus, but no distractions.

FL is not totally over her deceased ex-husband. Another male character likes her but does not confess. Otherwise no real distractions.

FL's ex is around for a bit but he's not a serious rival and there are no other distractions.

Villain is obsessed with the FL but the leads are never distracted.

No distractions.

Although some viewers ship the ML with an older secondary female character instead of the FL, their relationship is complicated... it can be viewed as subtle romance, not romance at all, or one-sided feelings on the part of the female character. Basically if you don't want to see romance there you don't have to. No other distractions.

Second female lead likes the ML at first, but quickly moves on.

The other men who try to marry the FL are only interested in using her - they don't have sincere feelings for her. The ML has an ex-fiance who is in love with someone else.

The FL thinks the ML is going to fall in love with the SFL and is trying to prevent it. The ML can see that the FL has a little crush on the SML in the beginning. But very, very quickly it becomes obvious that they only have eyes and feelings for each other.

Both leads have exes that want to get back together with them, but the leads aren't interested and there are no other love rivals.

Two secondary male characters like the FL and confess their feelings to her, but she never has even the slightest interest in them. She only has eyes for the ML throughout the entire drama.

A secondary female character harasses the ML and has delusions about their relationship. The ML is definitely never even remotely interested in her. 

Some women pursue the ML, including the SFL, but he has zero interest in them. The FL has a boyfriend in the first episode but he's a scumbag and doesn't like her, which she learns pretty quickly. The SML is interested in the FL because of her seeming connection to a mysterious woman in his past, but doesn't actually have any interest in the FL as her own person. 

It seems like there's one or two, but there isn't really.
