With that earning a lot, on their own.

A very strong bond and friendship is created once the two korean nations unite! What a beautiful story between two ping pong champions.

A bit of a  B-movie?; lack of variety of scenes and better/good scene props.

Strong women & soft men: Im Joo Kyung is so kindhearted and says what she thinks. & Her sister is incredible &wonderful &a perfect refreshing modern age couple w the teacher! 

This is a soft, sweet, heartwarming, realistic, trauma, based-drama.

All the characters were so complex and a drama that couldn’t have felt more realistic.
And with all the characters being unique, having very different personalities and problems, with the huge character development of grows to come along.

It has much darker sides to this show, than most other kdramas usually have, but I love it for that. Makes me want to say bravo for daring to take up these tough topics and show that the world is of both good and bad, hardships and beauty but that nothing is really black and white. Makes me so happy to see more of that in dramas lately; to come alive.

 A nice show, with a really nice story plot of the more messy sides of life but that you rarely get to see, very interesting.

it shows how and what love really is.

a scarred man, as he loses his wife and makes his child even more sick with her bad heart diseases, all bc he helped out some strangers getting out of a crashed car...so he gets scared to help anyone out again- EVER AGAIN, afraid it will be the costs of his daughter he is very protective of and afraid she won't live long enough before getting a heart transplant(donation,)

but he luckily bumps into another person/ghost who helps him out when he can't himself and saves his daughter that way. And so he comes to help the ghost's family he also can't help myself.

Later he finds out the people he saved from the car crash, was a doctor and is doing the heart suergy on his daughter- expressing his gratitude he was towrds him and his wife saving them 4 years ago, now wanting to do his out most best effort on the surgery for his daughter.

it is then realizes he indeed can help others out,
bc helping others out is good, but he might also get that
good karma/goodness returned one day -other people helping you and your family and loved ones out when to come in need.

About man and a deaf and seeing disabled kid.
A woman who suddenly dies, leaving this kid back with no family left to care for her.

Her co-worker comes to check on her kid that is all alone in the apartment by herself-
the guy who is a person who normally have a very surface-sorta job not caring much about depth of life, and loaning money he is in huge depth for.

He at first sees if he can find any money left behind in her apartment, but can't see the kid barely being able to care for herself or at least is at high risk when she can't even see nor hear him coming in...it shocks him,

pretending to be the father to the rent loaner as an excuse as she stops by to ask for the late rent- he says this so he can keep looking for possible money.
he ends up staying a few days, slowly figuring out how sweet this girl is despite her hardships of her disabilties , she seems so happy about life; as her more natural perosn opens up -when he get closer to her winning over her trust and even eventually....love.
and he too developes a love for the sweet kid,
they get through a lot, as he struggle to even at all be at a place to barely be able to take care of himself- and then let alone also a kid...
but finds out how much richer his life has gotten, with her in it and finding love for this kid, eventually adopting her and she wanting him as well as a dad-

-SPOILER warning.- 

loved the bond between the two of them of Kim the kidnapper and the girl.

The last very touching words of her's were VERY touching; she says to him whilst in court, as she speaks for her kidnapper pleading whatever she can do to get him free. "he as my kidnapper, that is a fact. But who is to define what kidnapping is? - bc I never felt captured/not free with him. On the day i was born and since then I felt captured. With him I felt free for the first time." (aka. she means to say, how can this as it is kidnapping, be a crime-as it was not an act of crime itself of causing any hurting to the other person in that way.)

*As she has been adopted and abused by her new doctor's father as he did experiments on her all her life growing up in his house, she was captured in the basement never getting out.*

And mr. Kim did everything she told him, and asked him to do, whilst being her kidnapper.

She had never felt loved, and let alone from a parently love and cared for -that is until she met Kim her kidnapper, a soft person who already was a dad and a very caring, one who cared incredibly much for his sick daughter. And they did indeed adopt one another-becoming family in the end.
