This slipper is actually a reference to her character "Akiko" in Kamen Rider W where she's often seen using the same slipper to hit her friends' head.

    In episode 2, Kim Bok Joo (Lee Sung Kyung) encounters a customer (played by Lee Jong Suk) at a Chicken restaurant. Suddenly, a familiar OST from the drama W is being played (which is 'Where Are U by Jung Joon Young). Later on, the same customer meets Kang Dae Hee (Kang Ki Young) whom he believed, have played in a drama he's seen. Kang Dae Hee confirms his suspicion and then tells the customer that he looks like a character from a comic book. This discussion is a reference to the drama W where both actors played in and where Lee Jong Suk played a character who comes out of a webtoon.

    Halfway through the episode (or in the middle of episode 2 in the online version), Mob's mother (Funaki Sachi) calls him while crying asking him to do some grocery, she's in fact watching a romantic scene of a Korean drama/movie. She then proceeds to shout out the Male Lead name "Park-sama!". 

    I unfortunately couldn't recognize the actual drama/movie for this one, I'm 90% sure the person we can see on the screen is Lee Min Ho, the woman with him looks like Jin Se Yeon but they don't seem to share any work in common. Any help is welcome!
