Takahashi Masami is a Japanese business executive born in Tokyo, Japan. He serves as the President and Japan Representative of Warner Bros. Japan LLC, as well as the Representative Director of Turner Japan Corporation.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Department of Political Science at Seikei University. After working as the Marketing Executive Director at Walt Disney Studios, he joined Warner Bros. Japan in 2015. Since 2016, he has been serving as the President and Japan Representative of Warner Bros. Japan, leading efforts to strengthen the production of Japanese films.
