Tomoko Jo is a Japanese television producer and the Executive Vice President of BS Nippon. She graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University in 1980 and began her career at Nippon Television Network Corporation in the Secretariat.

Over the years, she worked in various roles, including Chief Producer and Head of the Programming and Planning Department. She also served as Executive Officer of the Information and Entertainment Division. She has held positions such as Executive Officer and outside director at NTV Axis On before assuming her current role at BS Nippon.
