Hirakawa Kazuhiro is a Japanese actor. He studied under Shinpei Fujiwara at Bungakuza.

In 1984, he joined NOISE, a company led by Koharu Kisaragi. In 1998, he formed LABO! together with other members of NOISE. He reconstructs and stages existing works, ranging from classical to contemporary, and spanning both domestic and international repertoires. He participates as a regular guest performer in productions by Dotoo!, a company led by Takuro Fukuda.
