Joyce Chao is a Taiwanese actress and former leader of the girl group Seven Flowers, which debuted in 2004 under the Qiao Jieli family. She graduated from the Department of Accounting at Soochow University and is currently signed with Beijing Fengleidong Cultural Media Co., Ltd.

In December 2009, the contracts of the four members of Seven Flowers expired, leading to the group's disbandment, after which the members pursued individual careers.

In 2011, she was reported to be in a romantic relationship with Liu Liang Zuo. They married in 2017 and welcomed a daughter on July 5, 2022.
