Omachi Fumio, originally named Setoguchi Fumio (瀬戸口文夫), was a Japanese actor born in Kumamoto, Japan. He graduated from Nagasaki Higher Commercial School and initially worked as a reporter at the Ministry of Communications.

In 1934, he began his stage acting career with the Shinkyo Theater Company. After World War II, in 1947, he joined Minshu Geijutsu Gekijo.
