Lee Bong Won
- Name: Lee Bong Won
- Native name: 이봉원
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Male
- Born: August 5, 1963
- Age: 62
He participated in the 1984 KBS Comedy Contest where he won the 3rd place and was later selected as part of the 2nd open recruitment for comedians at the network. He joined "Humor No. 1" and became well-known during the mid- and late 1980s. In 1991, SBS was established and he decided to leave KBS and join the new television network's comedy lineup. He moved to Japan in 1999 to study and returned to South Korean two years later. However, most of his shows on SBS were not successful and, in early 2002, he began appearing on cable channel iTV until it disappeared from terrestrial television in 2004.
Since then, he has been more focused as a businessman, failing in nearly every venture he has attempted. He now appears with his wife in family-oriented observational shows. He is represented by Tantan Entertainment (탄탄 엔터테인먼트).
