As hateful as the fans of the Taiwanese original are being to the Korean version, at least their reasons are related to the plot, pacing, and execution of the pre-existing characters (I haven't watched either, so I don't know), unlike the fans of the korean version whose reasons for preferring the remake seem to be because "the actors aren't ugly". Not saying I condone either form of hate. You're still being trashy, either way. . If Kdramas or Taiwanese Dramas are making you hateful on the internet, you need to take a break and ask yourselves if any of it is worth being hateful over.
korean version is actually better, i found this one very dark and kind boring
So this version is worse to you because the actors are "ugly" which they aren't, they Just aren't Korean. Just accept you are a Koreaboo with your full chest, instead of editing your xenophobic comment out. . I wonder when people began thinking Korean=better. Just because people aren't from a particular country, and look a particular way, doesn't mean people who look differently, are ugly. . Kdrama fans are dissappointing.
I haven't watched either the original or this one, but it's dissappointing to see fans of both rating both series 1/10, out of spite. . I'll watch A Time Called You, but I'll watch Someday or One Day first and see what the fans of SOOD are making such a fuss about. My expectations are really high now. . The original and the remake were created with so much effort and hardwork from their cast and crew, and to just give them a 1/10 rating half heartedly without watching either of them to properly appreciate them, is very immature behaviour from the fans, many of whom might be adults. . One will always be better than the other, it doesn't mean that because of whichever one you feel is better, you automatically have to condemn the other version, be it the remake, or the original.
for all the immature fans of the original giving a low rating on purpose, this won't stop this drama from being…
You literally rated someday or one day 1/10, so you're being really hypocritical. These ratings are for people to honestly express how they feel about a series, but you're doing exactly what you're condemning them for.
It's good, but very forgettable. I think it's worse for a kdrama to not be so amazing, but still relevant enough to be remembered long after it aired. This one lacked any wow factor it was meant to have.
The acting in general and action scenes and cgi were amazing to watch, but I doubt this will be a series that would be remembered 3-5 years from now.
A perfect finale. Absolutely beautiful. The actors did well. The directors and the crew did well.
Such an amazingly well rounded queer story. My only qualms is that the main antagonists of the story were forgiven way too easily. Tbh, the story would have still being fine, if the his ex and his trashy friend didn't get apologies. Their redemption wasn't significant to the story for me.
I agree with that. Producers there seem to set the competitive bar for other countries and help influence the…
Eighth Sense is really shaping up to be good, and yes I can see the influence.
As for Thailand, I don't watch Thai bls anymore. My brain can't handle that kind of mediocrity. Surprisingly, my best bl of all time is a Thai bl, "I told sunset about you".
Every other thing I've watched from that country has either lacked in plot, acting, story pacing, or just posseses overall mediocrity. I tell myself "this one will be good, I can feel it" and I get slapped with mediocrity time and time again. It's like they're competing among each other for who can will be the smuttiest, while forgetting they are meant to actually have a plot and good acting.
If you have any Thai bl that is on the quality level of "I told sunset about you", please recommend.

An 8/10 for me.

I guess it was for closure, but oh well.
