Lady Jin isn't your typical mage, she is a priestess, as strong as Bu-yeon. She controls divine powers and can…
I know this π. But if you knock her out will she be able to use any of these abilities/spells? I don't think so. And it is not proven yet that Bu-Yeon did anything to Naksu, even that speculation about her deliberately stepping in for the ritual is just that - speculation. Yea, her body's abilities manifest in time of great peril, but so far there was only one instance when it definitely was her conciously helping Uk from being soul shifted and even then it was in some aether soul plane while Naksu was still doing her thing in her body.
We commented this. Uk, Yul, CP are in other place. Even DangGu and Choyeon are in Jinyowon. No one there cares…
No, I mean almost no one in that room batted an eyelash or said that's it wrong in general. Like it's normal, just your everyday casual deed. Wtf π« I've noticed this before concerning servants, starting from basically treating them as slaves by selling and buying them. Medieval barbarity at its worst, I suppose.
Destroying the ice stone was the point of this drama but I can't figure why Master Seo gyeong kept the stone in…
I still don't understand whether there is one stone or many. In some episodes they state that there were many, in this one it's again back to one and only. Inconsistency of writing? Mistranslation?
I'm still baffled how everyone were so nonchalant about killing Mu-Deok for the sake of an experiment. They really do treat servants worse than cattle π€¦ββοΈ. And Mu-Deok herself is too quick to gamble with her life. She did so many things to stay alive, but now she went along with it so easily.
Public Service Announcement: Jin Bu-yeon is not dead. She might die in Ep. 20, but she is not dead now.
Yea, in the movies and TV series never trust someone's dead unless you see a dead body and it's really staying dead. And even then don't trust it because writers may still return it to life. Happens all the time π
The worst part of this is remembering what happened to eunuch Kim - he immediately died again when the ice stone…
I dunno, in at least two episodes it was mentioned that there were ice stones, plural. In this episode they again returned to the one and only ice stone.
Ice Stone needs to go inside the personβs body in order to bring back dead alive (happens to Eunuch Kim).Naksu…
The worst part of this is remembering what happened to eunuch Kim - he immediately died again when the ice stone was removed from him. Makes this whole fked up experiment even more fked up. But I don't think Mu-Deok will die tomorrow. Her body's divine powers seemingly will invoke the wrath of the sky. I think in the commotion she'll run away with the ice stone.
In the last scene, I have thought why Jung Somin will not appear in Part 2. I am having this thoughts that either…
Today's scene with her and Uk at the market, where he says he likes her face now, makes it all the more sadder if she dies. The line between him loving Naksu in a soul vs. body form is getting blurrier with each episode. This is gonna be awkward as hell not only for the audience, but also for Uk if Naksu returns into her og body.
Based on the preview, the queen will perform Alchemy of Soul in the next episode. Who do you think will switching…
I think the body laying under her feet is So-i. She'll do the ritual on her. What I don't get why other people are standing and just watching it happen. Especially Park Jin.
ParkJin is usually already blocking every attempt of JinMu, but in this episode 17 he was badass, willing to hold…
Yea, that was good. He's not afraid to enforce the law. But those old geezers jumping at the opportunity to have the ice stone was both digusting and hilarious to watch. Also, the King should be fired aka. dethroned, the ef was that disregard for his subjects lives? He's bat shit crazy about the King's Star already, but now he just acts like a naughty child.
I'm again raising a question why the heck the villains had to go through this elaborate fake Bu-Yeon plan instead of simply soul shifting mama Jin? Fake Bu-Yeon a) is not a mage, even with the ice stone she'll be as powerless as that eunuch Kim; b) is not an assigned Jin leader yet; c) has way bigger age discrepancy with shaman Choi, could affect the aos ritual; d) can't open the Jin vault for those precious artifacts. Mama Jin would have been a much better choice. And in the earlier episode it was mentioned that she was the initial goal? The only thing that fake Bu-Yeon has is her youth, that is the villains new order's goal, but still too many drawbacks.
