Alright, ML was pretty cool at the end of today's episode. Telling the truth is the best thing here. Now it's up to FL to decide whether she wants him or not.

With how it was presented you'd think that she felt the same connection as ML there, but no. Apparently for FL it was just an inconsequential fling. People here telling that she's got no time for romance are making excuses for FL's poor character development. But you'll see for yourself later on.

And of course, as usual in these types of dramas, ML is coming on like a tank, wearing FL down until she accepts his advances. FL here is on the acceptance stage already, the end is nigh. She suddenly about to realize that she loves ML too. The drama has its ups and downs, but FL's lack of naturally progressing genuine romantic feelings is one of the let downs here. It's more like: "He actually is a great guy who always saves me, imma gonna fall in love now".
And I don't know what FL thought was going on on Jeju island, but she should have felt something going on between them, and it wasn't ping pong. I'm just disappointed that she viewed their time there as inconsequential and acted like it was nothing special through all the drama, compared to ML who was blown away. And through all the drama she was looking uncomfortable with ML, but now she's gonna skip all the bases straight to the finish. I dunno, just disappointing FL character development here. Not to mention a cliche damsel in distress.

Another major let down is the whole existence of SML character here - super annoying waste of screen time.

SML always butting in here was so unnecessary. He's a dead weight in this plot, just drop him somewhere already. Preferably not on SFL, she deserves much better.

Until FL loses that job or ML quits it, I won't be able to truly believe in her feelings towards ML, because he frequently goes on power trips and she must obey. She must get out of his boot heel already. Right now it just looks like he's making her uncomfortable and there are barely any feelings there, compared to the whole ocean that is overflowing from ML. Typical kdrama bs with power imbalance, where ML comes like a tank on a poor FL, who's got no options but accept his advances and then it's the end.

One Dollar Lawyer was a waste of such good actors and chemistry. The showrunners and writer's quarrel fked it up. I wish somebody competent and without internal problems would pick that drama and make a good season 2, one can dream...

SML scenes = instant skip. That annoying.

She's just plain dense and can't read people at all.

Basically, ML is is all over FL, trying to get intimate, barely holding it together. But FL be like:
"Is he being serious? Does he like me? And why SML is acting like that?"
I mean, there's a level of stupidity I can tolerate with dense characters, but FL here is reaching the limit. I guess anything to drag this paper thin story even more...

Yea, I've seen quite a number of them to see where this is going already. It's so cliche, I'd surprised if I'm wrong.

You're clearly in FL's camp. The plot will likely be to your tastes then.
I don't feel sorry for FL, she just lied herself into a hole and has nobody to blame but herself, yet she dragged so many people into this and badly hurt ML. And I'm not getting anywhere near romantic vibes from her towards ML as his.

Looks like for a while yet, this drama's 14 episodes long. What else is there to show except this?

I wouldn't be surprised if FL's gonna invent another lie, like she's simply not the kid's biological mother, but she's still married. You know, just to drag this out some more for 14 episodes. The plot is very thin here.

It just feels like one-sided love on ML's part. People want to see both parties equally in love with each other. I don't think we'll see anything out of FL here until she loses her job, and even after that it's a big question how they will present it. I feel they gonna fk it up and just let ML forgive her, and FL accept his advances because he'll keep pressuring her. There won't be much contemplation, reevaluation from FL or running after hurt ML here, I don't think.

I don't think the writer's gonna make FL be in ML's shoes and suffer. She seems to be the cliche damsel in distress here, that needs to be coddled. ML will likely forgive her everything and make another round at trying to woo her, then she'll graciously accept and that would be the end.

The problem is that compared to ML, FL barely shows interest in him. I get that she focuses on lying to keep her job, but I'm not getting the vibes from her that she's really into him. If she was thinking about him more at least, that would have been something. But as it is, it looks more that ML makes her feel awkward and uncomfortable when he tries getting closer.

He acted cool like his actor persona there, so she appreciated that as well. But not enough to like him yet. It's gonna be an uphill battle for ML, FL here is quite dense and socially awkward. SFL will also have to pull some weight to help him.
