You were much active in UJ page i remember you!!
Yea, another thing is that people are saying there won't be that reincarnation trope. What's the basis for this? Somebody knows the drama plot already? Cuz so far just looks like a lot of speculations. You can't judge what's gonna be in or out simply by the trailer. I've read it was barely mentioned in the novel, could be a spoiler down the line in the drama not spoiled in the trailer.

I've seen people saying FL is going to be a schizophrenic judging by the trailer. But will she really? Trailers are often baity af.

The drama has whooping 40 episodes, so prob gonna be lots of draggy politics and scheming involved with lots of side characters, can't all be just about the leads romance and struggles. But who knows?

So overall, I'm sceptical. The novel'd def bore me to tears. Hoping for a more lively drama plot, but if it's gonna be all politics and ridiculous scheming, then I'm probably out. Seen enough of these cplots already.

Title Crazy Love Spoiler
Last 5 episodes are unwatchable messand Not sure why ML had to apologize to • people just weren't capable of…
SFL wasn't married anymore, she divorced her husband and returned from abroad to get together with ML.

ML decided to apologize because FL urged him to, reasoning it will end the hate cycle and everybody involved'd feel better. They badly argued right after that, but he listened. He understood everything later and it was his character's development catharsis. Even if he wasn't in the wrong, somebody had to start apologizing and resolving misunderstandings, he ended up a better person than them by doing that.
And it was good to see that most of them understood that they were unreasonable. The only thing I didn't like was ML making up with SML, that guy turned out to be trash. I'd personally wouldn't be able to trust him anymore. But I guess ML was in a very forgiving mood and he was his only friend.

I’m simply looking for a good plot here, but I’m still sceptical because of heavy politicking in the novel. If they gonna do away with most of it like in UJ, then ok, I’ll watch for the actress. But then again, what else is there to show? UJ focused on investigations at least, here looks like it’s gonna be the usual - politics and ridiculous squabbles for power.

The drama is a lot different from the novel.
You can’t tell be the trailer, they always show the baity scenes. So how can you know when it’s not even out yet?

I've just read a lengthy novel summary (thanks to that poster). Waaaay too much politicking, not sure if it's gonna be my cup of tea if they focus on that. Though not sure they can even cram half of it in the drama either, plot looks way too long.

I wonder if they’ll keep the part that Ye Li and Mo Jing Li were childhood sweetheart? Not that it changes about…
Ok, I was starting to worry it's gonna get gruesome.

Wait, FL’s gonna be raped here by the bad guy?

Visually it looks nice in setpiece scenes , but short format didn't do any favors to this drama. Very abruptly edited, no time for characters exploration, side characters overacting, cases are too easily solved. Overall it's all very meh. Are there better dramas about Di Renjie?

Apparently, FL here was guy (?) in previous life and a top military sniper and elite agent 🙄. Of course, here…
That trope mostly never is necessary, imho. Just feels tacked on most of the times, and in worst cases takes all seriousness out of the plot.
If you sure it's out of the plot here, I'm glad.

If they drop all of this, I'd be content. I'm just sick and tired of this trope in cdramas. The runner up is incessant family sqabbling and excessive plotting, but I guess it'd be too much to ask to get rid of this one too.

What a hot pairing...... In hot summer
I'm more curious about director and writer combo. On the one hand, One Dollar Lawyer was funny in the first half (mostly because of the cast), but conflict with the screenwriter made it into a rushed mess in the later half.
Cafe Minamdang was...well, it was watchable, I guess, if very tropey. At least the actor is the same here, playing something of a shaman again.

Just agree to disagree, no need to write walls of text.

After you've seen a number of these types of dramas, some tropes just become too annoying. Here this character just has no business being so possessive, it looks plain psycho. If she at least had real engagement with ML at some point or knew him for a while, I'd get it.
