No, please do not take it as an insult coz that was not the intention. I have given you something to think about. We go through depression because of our EGO and I'm speaking from experience. Its because we think I shouldn't be going through this. We're all big someone in our lives. But in reality we're not. Life can fuck anyone and it will fuck every one of us, None of us is making it alive. We're doomed from the start. I am sure no one has stabbed you or hurt you physically recently. If someone did, then we need to protect you and take you away from that danger. All other suffering is from your mind. YOUR own intelligence is turning against you. Just reduce your self-importance a little bit. Know that I could die any minute now, I could lose any and all my loved ones and anything I love. It could happen. Because this is life. I am not any different or special. So I am glad for every moment of joy I get coz I am not owed. I came with nothing therefore I shall go with nothing. I love, l lose and I live.
