I am getting the feeling that maybe at the end of this drama Tae Ha will be the owner of the company after receiving the shares from his grandfather and the CEO will be Tae Min. Tae Ha on the other hand will choose to maybe become a househusband or work from home while Yeon Wo starts a full-fledged brand of her own and travels to expand business overseas.
but acting with violence is not justifiable because the fl in any moment meant to harm him or her body, and she…
so you mean he should have just believed her when she told him an absurd theory about being a time travel? would you believe if some one said that to you😅 because I certainly won't. And if violence isn't justified here how to do you think he should handle this situation? should he just leave her as is even though she is a complete stranger who was impersonating his friend for over a month, and is by some shady means is able to take over someone's body while the whereabouts of the original owner is unknown. If we were not looking at this drama from FL's POV but ML's or if it wasn't the FL but some supporting character everyone here would have supported this because that's how we handle suspicious characters whether it on or off screen, even police interrogation is much worse than this. I know FL is such a good and kind character who is facing lots of problems but her character design which the people in the story are experiencing is making her that suspicious shady character who most of time turn out the be the masterminds or main villans of the drama, it's just us who are seeing her good side because we can hear her thoughts and see her doing things making us more attached to her and understand her character. ML will after clearing these misunderstandings will surely start to trust her maybe even more so than he did previously and as he is just like our FL a really good person he is the most likely person to start trusting her in this situation.
i can understand his perspective but that will not change the fact that he is disgusting for being aggressive…
How about this, let's say you were in the same position as the ML what would you do? and let's make things easy we can take out this messy situation of space-time travel and just think the FL is impersonating the actual JXY when she somehow ended up in her place. What would your response be seeing a total stranger impersonating your friend?
Damn the writers really know how to bring in the angst 😳 I didn’t expect Qi Lian to be so quick to assume…
I am telling you It will only take 2 episodes or maybe even 1 if ML and FL start working together for people to forget all these complaints and start shipping them together like crazy 🤣🤣🥰🥰. It was the same in Wonderland of Love one moment people were complaining and in the other, they dropped everything and started shipping them again🤣.
The way this drama looked in the trailer and the starting and ending theme song, I thought it was going to be a light-hearted rom-com type drama with time and multiverse as plotlines, but it is turning dark real fast🤣🤣. I hope they don't stretch the misunderstanding part just to increase the episode count.
reading many comments here makes me feel like some people just want ML to be like: "Oh you are a space traveler, oh you are borrowing the body of my first love who is also one of the only 2 friends that I had in my life who also happens to be someone who had a very sad life, and I still don't know the whereabouts of my other friend who I have been searching for all my life who maybe has some connection to you, and even if I still don't know what you did to the original owner of the body, I should trust and support you even if all the things that happened between us were just you impersonating the actual owner of the body to not get caught and I don't know your intentions at all, and even if there is a high chance considering the overall situation that you are someone bad I should still protect you."🤣🤣 Like guys give him some time he lived in so much mess and trauma for so many years and the situation he is in right now can drive any person insane, he would have been a red flag if somehow he hadn't done anything and just accepted whatever was happening because you have to a different level of sociopath to be able to comprehend and accept all these things with ease. He has been helping everyone in the drama in the way that everyone appreciates him so much to the point of agreeing to take in FL even though they don't know much about her and are ready to help her even though she acts like she is selfish, spoiled and irresponsible (although she isn't but that's something only we know as viewers not the characters in the drama). And also the fact that if he was a red flag he might have just left FL to die when she rejected his help so many times rather than handling her fake tantrums and helping her both with and without her knowledge.
Damn the writers really know how to bring in the angst 😳 I didn’t expect Qi Lian to be so quick to assume…
true now it feels like his character has more dimensions just like the FL. And the experiment theory seems quite possible maybe Mr. Xu is the creator or someone close to them who travelled to ML's universe and then moved to FL's universe. Later after finding JXW who agreed to be a part of this system they found and made FL die at a certain time, date and place that matches JXW's. my original theory was that their is only 1 phone but different universes and time loops. Each time someone uses the phone to travel there becomes a copy of the phone which goes with them while the original one stays or vice-versa. Mr. Xu had 2 phone and talked with FL as if he thought she was same as him and handed her the phone which was maybe actually her's but she forgot after syncing up with her character thus to keep the cycle repeating he told her the coordinates where she meets with an accident. This kind of explains why she had a vision of her former self taking about the current self by referring themselves as versions which she can just choose to be, and why ML receives FL's coordinates because it might be due to it being the original phone.

True, I think as ML is kind not just to FL but nearly all the characters that were shown in this drama. Once he is sure he can trust her, he will surely revert back to how he originally treated her (also most probably we will find out they the owner of the body actually died and FL was transferred afterwards into it which might give closure to ML for atleast one of his friends who are gone). So far the dynamics between them has been really great I can't wait to see them working together to solve the mystery as well as the romance part to Kickoff.
Damn the writers really know how to bring in the angst 😳 I didn’t expect Qi Lian to be so quick to assume…
I too think FL just never had anyone she could completely trust, and again and again people in her life kind of confirmed her bias. Still she was someone who wanted to help people that were in her life which surely isn't a sign of someone who is spoiled or arrogant, and she tries her best to provide assistance to everyone but just doesn't actually know which type of help is actually help and which is being controlling or being nosy. Also Qi Lian's reaction is still understandable because if FL was not FL but some other character they would have been captured, interrogated and later handed over to the police (all too in way harsher way then what FL experienced). I think just because she is the FL and we are seeing the drama from her point of view (so we trust her and understand her) we are all thinking it is wrong for her to be treated that way but if we consider the situation if she was someone else (not FL) than she might turn out to be a psychopath who is acting nice but travels through space and time, and impersonates the people whose bodies she borrows without considering what happens to the victim, maybe they die maybe they don't, maybe they are just missing, who knows.
Although I don't advocate violence and aggression, but for episode 7 I think his reaction was quite understandable, people who do not understand why ML is so aggressive here should try to understand things from his point of view. ML just found out the friend he has been searching for might be a space traveler (he is blaming himself for what happened to his friend and even for his disappearance) and before he can even completely comprehend that he is thrown into chaos again because another one of his friends (who he may also have loved) is in crisis which is Jiang Xiao Yuan of ML's world. Here he comes to know that a complete stranger has taken over Jiang Xiao Yuan body and that person's intentions are unknown, what happened to the real Jiang Xiao Yuan is something no one knows, what if this new person (FL) killed the Jiang Xiao Yuan and took over her body or what if she is somewhere else or what if she simply just got deleted when this new person came in. Just imagine if you had a dear friend who you were really close with but lost contact for many years, you were always feeling guilty because you guys ended things on the wrong note. After many years you find them again, but in misery, you search and find out how bad your friend's life was all these years, now you are extremely sad on top of being guilty and you want to do everything in your power to help your friend. But one day you find out that the person you met is not your friend but someone else who was impersonating your friend, now suddenly you don't know this new person who you have been friends with for over a month, whom you have helped, made dinner for, felt sorry for, etc. and the list goes on, but now you don't know how much of that was truth and how much was just impersonation. On top of that now you don't even know what happened to your friend are they alive or dead, or captive, etc? Being aggressive is really nothing people might end up killing someone in these situations or at the least hand them over to the police after trying out everything they can to get information out of that persons mouth.
I really like how upfront ML and FL in this drama are about the things they want to do. They don't hold back in front of anyone when they want to express their opinions, they both are so motivated to achieve their goals, plus how well they treat each other. Also, the best part of episode 7 (although I have only watched 50% of it) was that we had our clueless and forever single Tae Ha receive tips from his secretary so that he can chase Yeon Woo but the next moment he drops one of the smoothest confessions even in kdrama history🤣😭🤣 (i replayed that scene so many times🤣). I am still unsure about what ML's grandfather wants, at first, he seemed a good and kind person, especially towards ML but now it seems like he is quite political similar to how kings were in historical times who would let their families fight each other so that they can select the best heir to the throne and if they favored someone they would do everything to remove everyone else from the picture. And in episode 7 I think he is now unsure about helping ML and looks as if he would lose his interest if ML fails again in any way. I hope he does not turn into a villain or try to separate ML and FL.
So far it is not very clear. In case of time/space/parallel world travelling, the person who travels is always…
I think so too, maybe people can travel to another universe (or maybe virtual reality like in Matrix) as long as they are the owner of the phone by getting into the body of the version that exists in that universe. Each time someone travels there becomes a copy of their phone that gets left in the universe (like the one ML finds) and now we have one more member. And each time the owner dies they travel to another universe while everything about them gets deleted from the universe they just traveled from. And considering how Xu Jing Yang handed over the phone to FL I think he suspected that she was a traveler (as he asked her to find the answer to the question "why she came here in the first place" or something similar) or maybe she is the first user but somehow forgot everything but to start the cycle again he told her the specific date, time and path to take for the accident happen. Even when she was walking out of the hospital she saw a previous version of herself in her vision asking her why she came here to take up this version and didn't stay as the version she was before which may be a hint that her subconsciousness knows she is a traveler.
the drama is good so far, I at first thought it was going to have a serious tone due to how mysterious everything was in the first episode but after watching 4 episodes I think it takes a lighthearted rom-com tone with a hint of thriller. Well, the story still works for me and I find the ML and FL quite interesting. FL was shown to be rich but was kind to people around her, I liked how they didn't make her some cold-hearted heiress who acts all spoiled and then ends up in misery to learn about things the hard way. Rather she was quite good although nosy at times but all with good intentions, even when she was betrayed she was quite concerned about her missing friend and wanted to find her at all costs. ML also is portrayed as someone mysterious who can fight, has lots of connections and money (at least I think so), and is a really kind person as well considering how everyone is ready to help FL just because he asked them to. Although I don't understand why she wants to run away from everyone who is trying to help her, I know she thinks they will start noticing the differences but she can just pretend that she had amnesia after falling into the river and hitting her head. I hope ML finds out about her in the early episodes of the drama and they can both start investigating together.
okay so hear me out I think all the people who are supporting Ha Na and CP as well as those who are against them are both right. From the various comments so far I think both sides are just not trying to understand each other. If we look at the issue the only difference is the viewpoint of both sides for instance if you are someone who watches a drama while abiding by the rules set by the author (for example if it's a historical drama with a royal family you are okay with monarchy, polygamy, marriage for gains, assassinations, etc. because that's the reality of the story inside the drama and you don't let your own bias or thinking affect you and you change your thinking based of data from the story) then you are most likely to be okay with Ha Na and CP ending up together. Whereas if you are someone who keeps the real world and the present reality as the basis for your views and opinions (which is also correct) then you are highly unlikely to support Ha Na and CP pairing up together. Even if the above-mentioned things are not taken into consideration, many just find it strange because a kid is being paired up with an adult it's not the age gap rather it's because he is not an adult (because usually drama either has older actors perform the role or the age is kept at or over 18 for the character in the story). If the author wanted they could have just avoided the whole age gap things in the relationship altogether. Another side of the argument could be that if the author wanted an age gap relationship in the Joseon era it can only be made possible in the way that is shown in the drama because if he was an adult historically he would already be married and also considering age gap Ha Na has with him she would either be the already married due to law (because she would be about 40 something) or in jail receiving punishment alongside her whole family that too due to law. In conclusion, just try to understand the different opinions instead of demeaning them or lashing out at each other.
Grandfather with ML:🥰🥺 Grandfather with everyone else:😠😠 I really like this drama so far, no wonder it has quite a viewership by seeing how well the story is progressing alongside the rom-com. Although I wish the length of the scenes when ML and FL are at home or are together in general should be more but given that this drama is only going to have 12 episodes I think I will have to compromise🥺. I am also watching My Demon alongside this drama and it was such a bliss seeing the MLs of both dramas being jealous in the same week🤣🤣. The scene in which ML is trying to meditate to keep himself calm reminded me of the scene from Cheer Up when FL was trying to meditate, my mind just by default added "nanun Kwenchana" to the background of that scene🤣. And the whole sequence of scenes, when ML tells FL about the moon rabbit and the aftermath, was so so so so funny.
This drama is next level, the CGI is good, the fight scenes highlight ML's powers and weaknesses well, moreover there is a thriller aspect to it too. I loved ML and FL's bickering scenes especially the scenes where he is trying to hold her hand, plus seeing them both in denial phase this early in the drama also seems new to me. It has been quite a while since I have seen the 8th episode rule most dramas have shifted towards increasing complexity thus dating phase nowadays starts after episode 12 or 13 (recently many rom-coms just end up becoming slight romance), but I think here it will be different maybe earlier or at episode 8 is what I am hoping for. For the mystery part, I think the JCS or someone related to her maybe her husband killed FL's parents, and then JCS after some realization decided to adopt FL to give her back what was stolen from her. And maybe there is another demon with whom someone has a contract thus stopping the mystery from being solved through supernatural powers due to the client being protected by the demon.
For the first time, they gave a very weird role to JCW, He is hunged up on his first love who has had a great…
The role is kind of similar to how he was in "lovestruck in the City". They literally took the same personality he played in that drama and copy-pasted it here the simp nature, the way he makes excuses to avoid talking about his ex yet thinks about her, add on it I think they took the selfish phase of FL from loverstruck in the city and made it the whole personality of the FL here (although I like the fact that they are shown to be great in the professions they are playing in this drama). But JCW and SHS are such great actors hope the drama turns out better than what it seems like in the starting episodes or it will be such a waste.
She got the chance... she took the chance...😂😂😂. I really like the ML and FL dynamics of this drama all their scenes together have an extra touch of comedy and humor. Any parts where FL discovers something new are so cute that I kept on rewinding them again and again😂😂. I observed that ML of the modern era pretends to be tough and cold but is similar to the ML from the past although there is a bit of a layer of coldness due to some added traumas and experiences. Both the ML and FL are visually appealing to watch especially when they are in one frame it's almost blinding😍 (same take on the couple in My Demon).
A new addition to the kdrama supernaturals community we now have a demon😂😂. The ML and FL fit their roles perfectly, the comedy with a hint of mystery, suspense, and romance is just the perfect recipe to describe this drama. FL reminds me of Shim Jung Woo from "The Matchmakers "😂 because of all the delusional scenarios she makes up in her mind and her getting nervous and blurting out everything that's on her mind just seems too similar😂😂 to Shim Jung Woo. Although I think it will be a bit strange to see that the ML will have to take FL with him every time he needs to kill someone (to take their soul) or to make a contract to buy someone's soul which doesn't look good when you are on a date with a human😅😂.
