Hi!If you don't like the story then it's totally fine. bcz we all have different interestes. But I just want to…
they will give an explanation on that but I also think it's a guilty conscience that comes to play here.

Sa-eon knowingly replace the position of bride and hee Joo was not aware of that. So, it's a forceful marriage between 2 family that are okay to switch the bride at last time. But to him it more bad cause he was behind it. Even though he was trying to save her as her mom was basically selling her to that construction giant's jackass son. Then the mother forced hee Joo to get hold of Sa eon. So probably Hee Joo was not doing all the cooking/dancing and all out of love, or from a place that she was accepting the marriage. And Sa-eon knows from a long time how her mother make her do things that are against her will so he rejected those advance and gave her space to live as herself.

His guilty conscience was taking over him and he without understanding the full depth made this marriage lonesome. And with time Hee Joo also stopped trying anything cause she believes the face he shows in public, which is that she was just a place holder. The lack of communication is b*tch in this situation.

or they might also broadcast ep 6 in dec 14th to make up for this week's cancellation
That week was canceled because of the documentary that will be airing about Nobel prize winner author Han. So, i don’t think it is possible for them to air on 14

Title When the Phone Rings Spoiler
Theories & Questions I haveThere are at least 1 mastermind and 3-4 accomplices. Accomplices are Sung U, The guy…
Let’s begin with your theories first;
1. I don't know how much you are aware of the family situation till the episode. Here is a small recap. Hong Hee Joo is not the biological child of the chairman of the Hong Group handles multiple media channels, she is the adoptive daughter of the chairman but the biological one of her mother. Her mother is a second wife hence making her stepmother of Hong In-A and her dead son, who are biological children of the chairman; so yes Hong In-A is the true heir but if Hong Group is not a presidential candidate home. Baek Sa-eon is the adoptive son of the wife and Presidential candidate (I think he is not a title stranger but his illegitimate child; he seems to some who have affairs) and the grandfather in that family favors Sa-eon and HeeJoo's biological father is in hospitals.
2. This one is a good point; which can be clear in the leading episodes but till now it seems like Sang Woo might know the real son, and maybe he was the kid he used to play with in that house until a terrible accident happened (his words)
3. There was no accident; in ep3 it shows that the accident they said was actually at the funeral of Chairman Hong’s biological son, the mother, forced her biological daughter to go mute just to gain pity from the chairman so she could stay in this family (we honestly haven't seen yet how chairman feel towards Hee Joo)
4. Yes agree not only the phone hacking into someone's car and all required expensive resources so definitely some high-up is the mastermind. Although I don't think Hee Joo is an accomplice, she just wanted to take advantage of the situation and get out of this marriage as she can not ask for divorce stated in the contract. Without knowing she might have become an accomplice but then again we still don't know the real demand behind the kidnapping.
5. Could be possible because, yes we don't know the real demand.

Questions
1. That's the plot, isn't it? People think the real son is alive and he is behind it so let see
2. I guess you are right on this one cause that’s the only thing going on
3. We will see in a later ep as well as what else deal she and Sa-eon made apart from switching places
4. I mean the ML himself tells this he, his parents, his in-law including In-A, and his wife are the only people aware of the marriage (if I understood the questions wrong then I'm sorry)
5. We never knew that dude was flirting with his son’s mother-in-law

Real son might the kidnapper, big fish "my son loves fish" brown eye & scar
See the kidnapper has a master. If the master is the mother than the current kidnapped is the son he got the scar, easy answer. But if the master is not the mother he is not the real son making that scar formed by the habit of scratching himself continuously and not letting it heal. Also, I think the fish part is to let us off the kidnapper as well as Sang Woo both like fish and then the intentional scene of the mother saying to eat fish because her son loved fish. It will be important just not in todays’ ep

Nah. Sangwoo might have past with the real Baek SaOn. And he wants to uncover it through the tv show. Just that…
I don't think the real son’s name is Baek Sa eon. I think he has a different name and Baek Sa eon is an illegitimate child of his dad

Also, I don't think Sa-eon is adopted (as a complete stranger) but an illegitimate child. That dad of his, ya he seems like he loves having affairs

Another point the kidnapper who is calling Hee Joo unnie can be the real son only on one condition if the “master” is the mother (of Sa-eon) as he does have a scar that he itches a lot connecting the incident of Seoul master in Sang Woo’s story.

But, cannot be the real son as he is getting commands from someone. If the master is not the mother then he (the present kidnapper) is not the real one and that scar can be a habit thing. We see he is an addict and not mentally sound. So maybe, he is habitual to scratching himself and doesn't let his wound heal therefore forming a scar.

The master still hasn't talked out the most important part of the kidnapping. It started with money and Hee Joo took it to divorce and then he (the unnie person) was okay with it. So we still are not aware of the original demand.

So if the master is the mother, money doesn't make sense, but divorce does. She wants him to divorce her which he declines and according to the contract, she can not ask for it. If she is planning to bring back her son getting ML out of the scene will become easy once the connection from the Hong family is broken. We see she doesn't enjoy them at all; sure they help clean her husband's image but she is over them.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks Sang Woo will not be the real son. That's a very obvious plot but I think he might know who the real son is.

Can I raise a point here? Remember the story told by Sung Woo he said he used to go and play with the Seoul master(a person who travels to the house near Nuri dream center with his family) until one day something terrible happened. What if that Seoul master was the real son? My initial thought was maybe the kid died, but then maybe he got injured by fire or something that left a scar. Cause I still can't make out why the real son was missing in the first place.
