Yea, they even kept us in suspense by not showing whether the message was sent or not. Nad having ML’s snowboard in the infirmary helped make it more plausible he got injured.

Review Fated Hearts
This drama had such a promising beginning which makes it even sadder they couldn’t maintain that momentum 😥
This is very true! I loved the first half (2/3?) of “The First Night with the Duke” but then some very questionable choices were made for no particularly good reason. Same with “Dear Hongrang” — everything was 10 out of 10 except scripts for second half (and the whole show was only 11 episodes).

Gu Man is a really skilled writer (and it helps to have help from screenwriter of The Best Thing). In her last drama (You Are My Glory), I really enjoyed how grounded and realistic the relationship was compared to a typical drama 🥰

Love the fact that both ML and FL are rich.
They are rich but are pretty modest and do not flaunt their wealth. FL was pretty lowkey in university and at work no one even knows her wealth.
