Doesn’t the couple get a happy ending in Forever and Ever? I started to watch F&E first but there were so many mentions on O&O in subtitles on Viki, I realized that F&E must be like a modern day continuation of O&O. So I stopped F&E but have only made it through a few episodes of O&O for now.

Right, I think HL is great for women, especially those who are like you (have older brothers). But as a guy, I’m not sure I can relate (maybe because my friends were also single children and had no younger siblings, lol).

The secret is out in Ep. 22. You don’t need to skip their scenesr because they are so few. And, actually, the scene in Ep. 23 (after FL’s dad leaves their house) is very important in establishing the backstory of the mistress, what happened to her husband, why she made certain decisions, etc.

I suspect we’ll see him again but maybe he will change for the better under the strong guidance from Chris, lol

HL was definitely more chill than TFF. But I wasn’t super comfortable with the age gap (which was actually 7-8 years in the novel) — specifically bexause they met when FL was so young. But HL is probably the author’s most favorite novel because there ar multiple sequels that go further into their story.

I love WIFTY but personally prefer TFF over HL (all three from the same author ✍️). But I’m not exactly the right demographic for HL, lol

I like your list but Fireworks of My Heart is more of an action drama. There are constant rescues and constant drama with FL’s family.

To be honest, this drama isn’t even very slow-burn’ish. Amongst a Snowstorm of Love or Love Me Love My Voice are more slow burn

He’s way too arrogant and self absorbed. His company isn’t gong to end well if this continues.

Don’t try to understand JerkXu. Some things will be explained in a later episode but he’s still not a green flag character.
