About the same as K-dramas: 10-14 in Japan, 10-16 in Philippines. Some Thai dramas are shorter but I’ve never followed them in realtime so not sure about release schedule.
Most typical Korean dramas are released twice a week on back-to-back nights. I was talking about dramas from Japan and Philippines (US and Canadian shows are also once per week but that’s a different continent 😊).
Apparently being a good person is NOT a requirement to join a sect 😒
One thing I appreciate about this drama is author’s willingness to un-alive a character. Like that little guy who dropped the token or this guy. We don’t need to waste page/screen time on justifying anything :)
Let’s be honest, everyone was relieved that guy was gone, so they didn’t ask any questions. And, I mean, they…
Can’t be too greedy. Han Li already got two Foundation Pills 💊 from the loot drop… sorry, I meant from the body of the disciple who accidentally set himself on fire 🔥 and died 🪦
I’m glad everyone said to not expect much romance — our hero is completely disinterested in it so far. And…
Haha… don’t say “slow-burn” — we might have to wait until [hypothetical] Season 2 for the leads to hold hands, Season 4 for a hug, and Season 5 for a kiss 😂
Sifu wants to inhabit Han Li’s body. It turns out Sifu isn’t an old man — he’s 37 but aging rapidly. And…
It’s hinted in early episodes but everything really becomes clear after ML’s friend catches old man taking to the dark entity (evil smoke). I think it’s episode 3 (but maybe end of ep. 2?). After that, old man and our hero have a discussion and old man tells ML that he must get to Tier 4 in the next 3 months, otherwise his family is in danger or something along those lines.
It's so weird how that annoying guy is gone and no one questions where he is. Either the other diciples don't…
Let’s be honest, everyone was relieved that guy was gone, so they didn’t ask any questions. And, I mean, they have a huge territory — for all they know the guy could have decided to become a hermit and work on his cultivation 😁🤣
Sifu wants to inhabit Han Li’s body. It turns out Sifu isn’t an old man — he’s 37 but aging rapidly. And the only way to remedy the situation is to take over Han Li’s body.
