Wasn't it always that way? iQIYI always placed lyrics above the subtitle and took half of the screen.
Netflix not having lyrics subtitles (and oftentimes not translating episode names) is a negative, personally. Most people won’t seek out song translations but — in good dramas — songs are quite important and add even greater emotional depth. For example, the love theme of PoJ is awesome (it’s a duet song called “A Single Thought”). Same goes for songs in Love in the Clouds (especially Neo’s song), theme song in LBFAD, etc.
Also to be honest i do not understand how someone could have access to leak episodes damnnn
Current theory is that it’s likely to be one of the companies helping with post-production work or doing subtitles. But it’s almost definitely someone with insider access at one of those places and not a random hacker who stole the files.
I’ve just noticed two reviews from people who somehow managed to rate all 40 episodes — and they left low…
Even without leaks, there are always people who rate a drama after 1-2 days and claim they’ve watched all 30-40 episodes. It’s very annoying, especially because it’s always the antis/haters/trolls.
Seems like ever leaks happened, there’s been a deluge of new/fake troll accounts. I strongly encourage everyone to check account history before engaging with them — if it looks like a troll account, just block it without responding.
This is why majority of dramas need to have less episodes so that they can focus their efforts on them instead…
I totally get your point. But that doesn’t meant that everyone likes them — that’s why even friends like different kind of dramas and why here on MDL people disagree on just about everything :)

Yeah, FP was only 32 episodes so not sure why they couldn’t wrap it up in 40 episodes total. Then first 14-15 (?) episodes of season 2 were just the leads taking turns suffering and/or being in jail 🙄
P.S. In my version of events, the evil princess was the one who ordered the murder of the evil ex at the end, hehe 😉
