One last thought - as someone else pointed out in a comment thread - the comet passing means the souls are returned to their bodies. She definitely back in Joeson. I think everyone just needs to accept that. lol
I personally think there's no isekai lol. I feel like shin seori just gained her past memories and act as danshim(just…
This. The comet pretty much confirms that she's back. I think Segye is a straight reincarnation and less an "isekai" - but the meds have likely suppressed those memories - I do beleive that.
Also, I think there is a 50/50 chance that he makes some kind of deal with the fiancee to help him take down Mundo.
I don't see how that plot point just dies - and possibly they do the thing where she has the revelation that forcing a man to marry you is a bad idea and gracefully bows out.
Also in an earlier episode Mundo's spy announced that Grandpa had moved his shares to Segye. It wasn't announced tho. Expect that to come back up as well. Don't know if Mundo would have been able to do anything about it - and maybe it is a well kept secret that when Segye finds out he's able to force a vote to (or unilaterally remove) Mundo from the chairman position.
For the record, there are not enough episodes for this BS which is why I was worried when we weren't getting much movement on the villain plot that they were gonna back load it all to the third act and the last few (4/5-ish) episodes.
Grandpa is a loveable curmudgeon - they aren't going to kill him off. I think that was the shaman in the past???…
I don't think it's a dream at all. I think she's in a coma and her soul is back in her body in Joeson. Now whether it's at a time before execution or after that's up for debate BUT it all stems from whatever Woo Woo the shaman did.
Based on watching many shows/movies (not just K or C dramas) with these type of soul/reincarnation/transmigration themes - my current theory (leaving Mundo stuff out):
Either Dansim is transported back to a time BEFORE she was executed OR she's right after the execution. Now if you're asking how is that possible...my guess is the Shaman got her body before it could be deposed of and whatever woo woo she did essentially is allowing Dansim to still be alive.
Either way I think she rights the wrongs in the past. Deposes the King and frees the Grand Prince from exile - basically starts a coup. Maybe he becomes King - those details don't matter, the point is she rights the wrongs of the past and lives happily every after with the Grand Prince - or some such.
PRESENT DAY - Seori comes back with all the memories of her past life (Prob awakens after the Mundo problem is dealt with, my guess is she's in a coma now) - so she's effectively Dansim's reincarnation. Segye is Grand Prince's reincarnation and they get together and live happily ever after. The details of how we get here are up in the air - but that's my best guess at the moment.
what the freak is this previewgrandpa died it's gonna be sad episodes further
Or in a coma. Even coma would mean they would need a new chairman. Looks like it's just angst for the last 4 episodes. A lot to resolve and none of it good.
- Grandpa dead or in a coma? - Real Seori back? Are they gonna try to do the thing where he falls for her in the present? - Dansim in the past? A point prior to her execution? - 4 episodes left - how long they keeping Mundo on top?
Two reincarnated people who have full memories of their past lives.
