this was def one of the dramas of all time. overall, ig as other ppl said, the ending makes sense with the themes of the story but it felt kinda... anticlimactic? I def wasn't enjoying Part 2 as much as I thought I would.
imo they should have released all episodes at once, waiting for one month and getting this plot kinda killed the momentum, I just didn't feel as engaged in part 2. part 1 had its own vibe and intensity and action sequences that I enjoyed while these 4 episodes was more slow paced and character-driven. which sucks bc I detested most of the characters. in fact, while the last episode was kinda fucked up to watch as a North American bc it was basically a school schooling, the only silver lining was that evil shit Kwon Il Ha got capped by one of the ppl he was abusing. too bad the dumbass also killed off the few good ppl in this truly cursed group of teenagers
also, I wish we got to see Na Ra and the rest of the survivors at the end, not just Chi-yeol.
Yo, I'm so confused, what happened to the Kim Won Bin, the sergeant's second in command? He was with the kids at the end of part 1, why is he just gone now? Did he die or something?

also why'd they give ML's sis a dead mom who died in childbirth as backstory. she could just be childfree and anti-marriage bc of her beliefs, not personal tragedy. gotta keep the conservative ajummas in SK happy ig.

Like 2 episodes ago she was like, 'Oh Taegyung-ssi, how can u possibly get married to a woman lying to you' and today she was like, 'It's an arranged marriage, dumbass, you have to marry someone u hate, get over it'.... and then she just stood by while her brother threw him out... And then later coming to his house & congratulating him on his marriage, it's too much...
But at least she FINALLY crashed his wedding. before that tho... I thought I couldn't hate the exes more but wow... Evil Ex #1 knocking an old man to the ground & leaving him on the ground... Evil Ex #2 ignoring the fact her dad's in the hospital after all those sweet words....
Also who tf is the guy on the plane making out with ML's younger sister? why does he look like FL's single dad brother? does single dad bro have a doppelgänger with highlights named Jay? can someone explain this to me, I'm so confused lmao T-T this drama is too much
i am so done with this drama, it feels like it's sucking out my life force. I cannot see this poor man get tortured by every person and family he comes in contact with. he's gotten beat up, his hair pulled out, thrown out to the street, ostracized and bullied and dumped... I can't watch this anymore. if things don't improve by next episode, I'm honestly gonna drop ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I wanted to see more of them as a couple ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ also they didn’t even show us how her fam came to accept him. Just one year timeskip and Haesung just saying out of nowhere that it’s all cool now.
Heeja 100% got off too easy imo, but it’d probably be awkward to send your future MiL to jail lmao. But overall, I’m just happy we got a happy ending and I’d say this is one of the best dramas of 2023 if not the decade lol
I could watch another 50 minutes of Bo-ra and Su-hyeok just verbally sparring and her putting him in his place. Guy really didn’t internalize anything, just blames it all on Bo-ra. Why does he think his ex sent the message in the first place? she must have been unhappy for a while… bro is just onto nothing. Character development can’t come soon enough, tho I think next week we’ll see his more decent side.
I love all of Bo-ra’s daydreams and how elaborate they get. They did it a lot, but I was dying every time she imagined he was gonna propose, with the expectations vs reality bit and the music stopping & starting… comedy gold.
I last watched Yoo In-na in Queen In-hyun’s Man and a bit of Goblin & Love from the Star. She is just as beautiful and adorable as she was back then. I can’t imagine how anyone can cheat on her but somehow men find the audacity.
her sister is another person I can’t stand. She is so entitled and spoiled, I would be happy to have less of her scenes. And army dude, “saving“ a woman doesn’t mean you are entitled to her and can follow her around…
anyways, overall, I liked the second episode a bit less but I’m still hyped for this drama. next week can’t come soon enough.
