Same. Like I'd randomly just find myself smiling whenever I remember them. It's like all my problems in life go away whenever I watch KuroDachi lol. I'm sure many people would find my statements to be "too over the top", but that's how it is for me personally. I haven't had any anxiety attacks and breakdowns these past few months and I think this drama played a huge role in that. And this wholesome community of Cherry Magic pfp's we have going on here would always bring a smile on my face. I'm honestly scared I'll go back to the way I was pre-Cherry Magic and I don't want that :/

I don't wanna be that annoying and overly-emotional stan, but I always turn emotional whenever I'm reminded we're down to two episodes of this series. This drama has been like therapy for me, even my peers noticed I've been significantly happier ever since this drama dropped. I honestly don't know what I'll do in the future for this potential post-series depression I might end up having. TT . TT

As someone has pointed out there's a change in the MDL algorithm, This drama dropped from 9.2 to 8.3. It's making people think that the quality of the series degraded but I can tell you it did not. I'm in episode 10 rn and I'm still as giddy (if not more giddy lol) of them in episode 1.

You can see the ratings for the episodes in the "Episode Guide" tab. It was 9.4 a while ago so I'm glad it got up~

I watch the series from wetv and although the subs are worse than Irozuku's, the context is still there. Maybe they just didn't like the episode :(

It's still weird though, like why would they rate an episode they haven't watched with subs yet if that's the case?

Thank you so much for being open yet still respectful over the reason why you plan to drop this series. And I think some people have already mentioned it but I think the screenwriter did state from episode 1 that this is a low-stake and optimistic drama, kinda like your typical feel-good show. And for your second point, I get that feeling usually in other korean dramas lol. But I guess in this case, we only have 2 episodes left so I wouldn't actually consider it as "extending of a plot" but more like tying up loose ends.

Just my two cents. Either way, it's sad to see you drop the series but to each their own, and I respect your opinion. :)

It's unfortunate that the latest episode (episode 10) received the lowest review in MDL out of the other episodes. I felt like we got to see the real Kurosawa (aside from episode 7) giggling and openly accepting the fact he can be vulnerable around Adachi. :(

You shouldn't be too certain about that. Remember in the episode 11 teaser, Adachi is seen contemplating on whether he should just not use his powers altogether (aka no physical contact) or just tell Kurosawa the truth.

I honestly don't know where you got the idea that the author would play around with the origin and lore of the said power. It's been hinted since episode 1 that it was gained and will be lost depending on one's status in terms of virginity. Putting a twist in that aspect would be completely unnecessary and wouldn't make any sense plot-wise. It would only cause confusion among the viewers. This isn't some heavy fantasy drama where all the characters have some sort of mysterious and deep lore when it comes to their powers. It's literally just a 30 year old gaining powers from their virginity, it's really not that deep (pun not intended lol).

I agree to some extent. I mean yes it is creepy but the guilt would probably crawl up on you eventually, especially reading the mind of someone you love. Hence probably why Adachi's debating on whether he should tell Kurosawa the truth or just not use his ability altogether.

She didn't fall for her. She's just glad someone understands her. The show has hinted multiple times that Fujisaki is Aromantic and ships Kurosawa and Adachi. But yes, I do love her and love how relatable she is, as an Arom person myself.

I watch from wetv, and yes you have to pay if you wanna watch the latest episode simultaneously with the Japanese release. Free members can only watch up to episode 3 I think,

I kinda just want a kiss (but I'll be fine either way if they don't go that route). As you've said, this would provide development for Adachi's character in terms of reciprocating intimacy. But you gotta remember both of them also agreed not to rush things, as Adachi still has a fear of such intimacy. So putting in a "steamy bed scene" just like that for the sole purpose of pleasing viewers is definitely out of character for both Adachi and Kurosawa.
