I try to be very very patient with the characters especially the women in these harems because they are a product of their society and there really is nothing they can do about it. I draw the line at murder though. Killing a man's wife so that you can replace her is just wrong especially if the guy can't stand you to begin with. As more time passes I realise why wife number 1 did what she did. She was right, there is no way her boy would have survived if the legal wife was from another family especially Qiao.
