I love this palace scene where YSJ, Uncle General Wang, Imperial tutor, Lou Yao bully Imperial Minister, Ji Zun and he complains to the Emperor. LOL the Emperor also bullies him and then sends them all away. Lou Ben is under investigation by GLB and CSS.

I don't think I commented on all the action scenes. Outstanding!!! I love watching GLB in action. And the formation of his military, big wow. With the small support cast that they used, I give the director a 10+. The sound of the horses and the soldiers, the fight scenes, GLB's 20+ guards consistent in scenes and his 2-right hand Lt. Generals, truly exciting. Love how CSS's chicken/duck wings comes into play in this scene when GLB deals with the Shouchun General -- 'it's not chicken wings, it's mandarin duck wings!' The battle to save GLB in Shouchun and the fight with General PengKun and the moment Peng Sun pierces GLB in the chest, GLB realizes that he could have died by General Peng Kun, he remembers what CSS said 'to always wear the copper wire vest at all times', he's saved by the rabbit vest that CSS made... 'it's not a rat, it's a rabbit, the year of my birthday' .

I think this is one of the moments that shows how far CSS has grown, her dedication and protection towards her family, is heartfelt. The moment where her mother and her face each other about her staying out of the Cheng's sentence of imprisonment shows her mom's love for her. Because of her engagement to GLB, she is excused from the Emperor's edict to have all the Cheng family imprisoned pending investigation. The Empress and Crown Prince also show their support for CSS as the Emperor hides in Consort Yue's resident. Even SYJ steps in to help CSS and protect her family. CSS leaves to Shouchun where her father is and the Empress again helps CSS, but CSS does not implicate the Empress. A lot of support and love going on in this episode, I cried like a baby and this is probably my 10th time re-watching LLTG.

2 cases being investigated by GLB in this episode -- 1)CSS joins him in proving the innocence of Crown Prince; 2) this leads to revealing the mastermind behind #1 case, but also one-of several villains involvement in the destruction of GLB's clan. Yuan Shan Jian's mother recognizes her son's pain in unrequited love. Awwww :(.

Whoa, great investigation of the ghost case... I loved this one... justice for the academy students and twin brothers. Little liar has fallen into a one-sided love... I'm so sad, but now another academy student's death is revealed and the investigation continues.

The OST is lovely. It suits the uniting couple. Shocking meeting of foe and leader of the Silver Rain Terrace. I guessed it as the scene played out and I was surprisingly shocked. Good acting and good directing. It has to be the Crown Prince!?

It's so hard to hide the past when needed. Yet still so dense even when the truth is in front of him. She also tried to tell him.So close to unveiling the truth about the Lantern Festival murders -- it's about abuse. Bestie is settling her disputes in ghost market. Engaging fight/revenge scenes. The Lantern Festival is re-opened to catch the murderer.oh my goodness the fireworks lantern was beautiful And so many women as props.

She can't help but be herself at the gravesite and Pan is noticing. She still hides her coroner skills and even gives her findings to the current coroner. Both love-interest/triangle show up to investigate disguised w/beards. Tickle laughter rolling between my lips. The OST is sounding better and better. Rolling in laughter -- Gangster Wifey! Serious, a blood sword.

A new death and yet the Lantern Festival has been canceled for over 3 years. Why did the river serpent strike again. Pulling out all last year's cases to compare the similarities. The community walking in fear, but the investigation needs to continue. It's a 5-year case that is unresolved and though the Lantern Festival was canceled, community thought it resolved future murders and/or disasters.Search for answers continue.

True friends really know one another well, even when our outer physique has changed. The 4 greats don't seem so wicked as they portray, but let's watch and see. Cai Wei/Shangguan managed w/a few words to convince her young friend who she was. He even proposes w/the confidence knowing who her true self is. Plotting in the background moving forward.

Love how they cover up each others mouths as they fall into each others arms. That's a 1st for me seeing in a new drama.. The lyrics of the song says 'how many looks do we have to take to know that we're each other'. Tell him, tell him not... This has some comical scenes, Love how it can be light-hearted at times. Welcome home AJaing -- Young Master.

ML is from 'Love & Redemption'. They follow the clues to one of the wealthy families gambling houses and she is giving more of herself away. He is starting to see more as his departed wife in her.There seems to be voice dubbing in this drama.Who is the mysterious man in the wheelchair? He's appearing more and more.

This is so binge worthy. Loving the storyline... Was checking out how many episodes others have commented on and I see 10s for the entire drama.So she is digging up the grave -- as the previous person who did the switch-a-roo -- she is completely out of her character. She has given herself away several times in front of ML. 1st she moved into a male oriented facility, 2nd she's giving away her ability to investigate--managed to get his key to unlock her case & view it, 3rd she's managed to follow him to where her switch-a-roo is on ice, 4th as a coroner she has found the golden-pin, 5th she has tracked down the dead jeweler that made the golden pin, 6th digging up the grave, 7th standing by as another coroner examines the decayed body w/out covering her nose from the stench and all the males including ML are covering their noses. She also asks a key question for the investigation when the coroner says there is nothing to more to unravel from the body she says 'why is he bloated' after cutting him up they discover silver & gold pieces.in his stomach.He clears up himself before her when he finds that she's afraid of him... Seems to work for the moment.

Glad they returned to her 'scene of the crime' the dead bodies of her 2/henchmen... they can be dealt with properly and another piece of the puzzle added to his plate... She is giving him a lot of info between her conversation w/him before she became FL2. She and Shangguan were not close. So happy she found master, who wants her master dead? Case reopened on his wife suicide/her face; who wants him dead? What about the case on the wife abuser? And now added SML who was in love w/her too? Asian's love to worship their dead and here she follows him to find his wife's body/her face -- he really loved her.

Little sister left behind; And her big chance to be w/ML as whatever he assigns her to do -- or rather his side kick. I've seen ML in another drama, haven't put my finger on it, yet, but I'll know soon again. Her best friend investigator is still searching for her master. So far he's bought meds from someone and he's still alive. They've arrest a wife abuser. Abuser is from one of the 4-great families in this county. They are both follow the trail of her death/his wife.
