The entire schedule of Tencent for 2020 is out but The Wolf is not in it. There is still the last hope that will air at the end of 2019 as spoilers anticipated... PRAY!
Oh wow... could that be a good sign? But what prompt the people to suddenly be talking about this drama though?
Due to Xiao Zhan's huge popularity at the moment, the official Tencent channel, Mango TV and other official stations has decided to bring in front his older dramas that are not well known to all his fans. I don't find it a bad move, XZ was a good actor back then and you can see through his oldest works how tremendously he improved in The Untamed.
Yes but not on all videos. Some dramas, some TV shows etc, depends on how highly requested are, or depends if they are copyrighted to other platforms. For example the majority of older dramas are fully subbed, included some of 2019 ones, while some new ones might not have subs or not be available on certain countries, but easily accessible with a VPN app. Is the same for WeTV and IQIYI.
Maybe because you let the watermark on it, or because was too big or not only the face. Anyway let's be happy we have his beautiful face on his profile now ^_^
Someone from the crew members has leaked today a huge picture spoiler from the set with their wedding scene, with Yang Zi wearing a wedding dress, veil and bouquet and Zhan-ge in groom suit. Practically they spoiled the ending... :D
I might get bashed here, but the healer is not really that unique some people even call it the best thriller Korean…
I agree. And the same I think about the Hotel del Luna. Interesting on the first episode, then became draggy with a crap ending. People rates highly a drama if they have thick male/female romance, especially if idols are involved.
Official teaser has been released today. Daaamn handsome doctor Gu Wei! I don't really dig Yang Zi tho :/ Let's hope is only my first impression to be false. Anyway, the rights for broadcasting has been assigned to Hunan Satellite TV.
The movie is finally going to be released on theaters on US and Canada on 18 October 2019 by Ondemandchina. Below you have a link to the official website with the trailer and the entire schedule. Check the free give-away free tickets on the website! http://www.promo.ondemandchina.com/jadedynasty
I wouldn't say so, probably after the success with The Untamed, Tencent wanted their initial rights back for this drama, as Xiao Zhan is red-hot actor of the moment in China and they might want to be the broadcaster as advertised on the trailers. It is still speculated to be aired in 2019, even Douban has it still listed for 2019 and DataWin charting site has it on top 3-4 most anticipated dramas of 2019 every single week.
Iqiyi has posted their entire broadcast schedule for 2019 Q4 and 2020 all quarters and The Wolf is nowhere on their schedule. So most probably the drama airing rights are back to Tencent TV.
