I hope Chong Zi is done filming so that I can get to hear about his future projects.

It doesn't even have a network that will produce the drama in the first place. I think it will take ages to start filming this given the fact that it's donghua that was just airing has been put on a hiatus/ pause and is undergoing review once more again. So you can tell how long this will take for it to even get a cast and also because of the new policies which some affect the BL dramas. We might not get to see this anytime soon.

Actually the movement doesn't target only Bl but also BG. It's just that the BL genre will be affected in one way or the other since in the first place they don't air much as BG. However I know from now ownwards there will be no more CP promotions for both BG n BL dramas. You act and don't promote it in anyway or how. That thing of shooting to fame over night will likely not be there.

The problem is with the fandom wars that emerge after these actors become famous. Most fans don't stop at the drama and go on forward with reflecting it in the personal lives of these celebrities brewing chaos after chaos. So China has set up policies on no more CP promotions etc. if fans, agencues and production companies in China behave we might get to see these air

This won't air anytime soon. In weibo the metawin data index changed for most anticipated drama to hopeless to air. The list includes Immortality, chasing the light, league of noblemen, winner is King, TGCF and silent reading. The BL genre is receiving a temporary ban and there are mixed reviews about it. Some people's comments were happy about the BL genre being banned while others were sad about but most comments I read they called the genre Cancerous in promoting toxic culture. Other comments were laughing at TGCF saying it just started filming and the BL world collapsed. The beginning of next year China is hosting winter olympics so expectations for this drama keeps on getting pushed behind.
I'm saddened by this. The more I go through weibo the more I think the earliest Immortality will air is 2023 hope not because it will make WIK get pushed further behind. But just like GuYun I think I've become less hopeful

I've come to express how much I've come to like him. Truly impressed by his acting. In all the dramas he was in I just kept on waiting for him to appear. Great. Can't wait for his future dramas inckuding TGCF.

Exceptionally good. Although the slow burn romance is really as slow as stated but I absolute love this novel

From episode 1 I knew this was going to be a jolly ride for me however episode 6 just cemented my love for this drama. Liu YuCheng's failure to read in between lines and Jing chiu's uneasiness is just everything.

I highly recommend the donghua to you. it is well made. the story is partly changed so as to fit the donghua setting but that's what makes the donghua more beautiful and great. I am pretty sure you will love it.

One thing I wanna assure you of is that Thousand Autumns ain't a disappointment all atleast to me. If you like straightforward novels written with no complications then TA is one of the best choices out there. Compared to most novels TA has a very straightforward storyline and plot with the love btn the MC and ML written from a very realistic point of view. Thousand Autumns from its first chapter it establishes who the bad guys are and who the hypocrites are and what is their overall agenda. All questionable characters are established from the beginning in a way that when that character commits some bad deed in the future you ain't surprised since its stated from the beginning this includes the ML who caused harm to the MC. There is no character in the novel that was portrayed as good then turned out to be the real deal villain for instance Jun Wu from HOBs, th adoptive father of scorpion from WOH. The plot is focused on the batttle between beliefs and power between the characters. It explores the relationship between the MC who is ignorant of the ways of the world and believes in kindness and a ML who believes he has seen it all and lives on the belief that all human beings are evil and no one is kind. Of course these conflicting beliefs is what binds them together. The donghua of TA has partly changed the story but still flows with the novel. To me this is one of my top ultimate favorites

I haven't read 2HA because of the tragedy tag. I am waiting till when my humble heart can take it to handle tradegy.
MDZS I didn't read it because I watched the untamed before coming across the novel and I felt like I'll be reading a story I much know about it. Though I read its extra chapters and a few chapters that clarified my confusions from the drama.

I'm surprised how he doesn't have roles. Whenever I read a danmei novel and just want to imagine an actor. He is the first one who comes into my mind. He just fits any role. If not him then Ding Cheng Xin. I just wonder how he has no major roles. The day he picks a role like Shen Qiao, Shen ZeChuan or Chen Xing. The world will stand still

I came here only to be surprised that he doesn't have many dramas to his name. What are these people waiting for to cast him in all possible good dramas. He has a fresh face that can play in any danmei adaptation. Just cast him somewhere whether BG or what he needs to be casted somewhere. They are wasting a talent here.

If they butcher SPL we will just butcher our way also to Tencent headquarters. Mango Tv is known for butchering its dramas so aI'm hoping for tencent not to follow in their footsteps and make SPL look like a stranger to all of us.

I really hope people to give SPL a chance. I guess the reason people don't even give it much attention it's because many people are unfa miliar with TJC and CZY as actors and on top of that may be people are just not into political stuffs.
