Nooooooo ! The writer had everything in the book since many long time ago.
Look back end of season 2 how all the events are weird, how the "real" JDT leave the car. All this was already set up. The writer don't cheat. She's extreme ok, but she really think about all. Of course, she don't care if it generate some hole here or there, but how care in that ?!! ^^
