IDK. Technically fine, but the idea that he's going to challenge our idea of beauty by painting (checks notes) Fluke Gawin Caskey in the the nude seems a bit much. Yeah, I'm sure "challenged." I'd barely be able to look at such a thing. :-)

Until Black wakes his lazy ass up, we're just not going to know how he felt about anyone. The post-it note doesn't mean anything because we don't know who wrote it and who gave it to whom. and it didn't need to be attached to the DVD to begin with. It could have just been thrown into a box of mementos and landed on the DVD. For all we know, Eugene wrote it to Gram.

Anyway, I think Gram is supposed to be pansexual. He's dated Nuch before. My guess is that he does have feelings for Black and the reason he's comforting Eugene is that he doesn't want her to leave. He's probably one of those BL characters who decides that the boy he loves is straight so he'll sacrifice his love to help his mate find the right girl.

Than was introduced as Maze’s best friend who has breakfast with him a lot, and in all their time together, Maze has never mentioned that he has a step brother. Really.

Yeah. I think if I wanted to get in to see a doctor to make him feel guilty about a dead ex lover, I’d skip the slipped disc part. Something a bit less permanent. Hangnail maybe.

No one is going "ooh, ooh, ooh, I hope that Ice and King do the nasty for us." He's doing fine in the role. What his real life age means is that there isn't going to be any PDA between the two. Young actors are protected from being forced to show intimacy on screen in Thailand, even with parental consent, and intimacy is very broadly defined. He's not being sexually exploited unless you mean that whenever there are gay themes in a show, all the actors need to be 17. (17 is the age, if I recall, that actors need to be to kiss on screen in Thailand.)

IDK. Kaitoon and Ice are a bit too passive. Its o.k. to get mad about being tossed in the pool like that. Shouldn't stay mad, but at least tell him that if the relationship is going to work, Valen needs to stop doing stuff like that. And while Ice probably wasn't taking the best care of that puppy, it wasn't Peat's puppy to give away. But then this is actually King's problem for taking Peat back when he clearly didn't want to. I hope Ice ends up with Non.

Yeah. San really knows that grades are important to Ai, so its like he decided to torture him. Really, San, you have a good excuse! When you have a good, solid excuse, use it! Its not like it will work again later. If he had overslept or lost track of time watching BL videos all morning long, then he could consider keeping silent and hoping no one notices. He had no reason to be silent.

I guess it’s ok to ditch Tua’s brother, but they might want to be more than a two man team. Episode 4 could have been over 20 minutes sooner if San would just text why he was late. Sheesh.

Slam Dance had this similar vibe: the Sports School where kids show up not knowing which sport they want to play. So no one at this university Sports School sorted through applicants to slot them into teams in advance to ensure that they could field a team of 10 basketball players? Even my university that is famous for having the longest losing streak in college football history - losing one game 97-6 - eventually figured out that maybe they should tweak admissions to ensure that someone could throw the ball. LOL.

I kind of wish they wouldn't have gone with the "Team of Misfits" trope in ep 3. And there was enough at stake with the boys playing to win to prove they belonged on the national team without the added "win or basketball is finished at the school" - which is like Slam Dance, Waterboyy and So Much in Love. I was hoping for something more like Project S: Spike and now its "Air Bud". That said, I laughed that Thorn is prone to talking a big game. Implausible that they won that game given that their trick play was an easily blockable volleyball set that probably a self-pass with an automatic turnover. I'm starting to wonder if Thorn actually learned anything about the game he plays and is obsessed with. LOL.

The question that Maze asks is one of those sentiments that is so common in Thai BL that I do sometimes wonder if it is actually unusual to do kind things for people who need help in Thailand. LOL. I know it can't be true, but sometimes it seems from the series that if I was choking on something in a restaurant in Thailand surrounded by people trained in the Heimlich maneuver, I'd fall over dead before anyone got involved. The guests will be thinking "is he my family member? No. Is he a friend? No. Is he a love interest? No. Well, not my problem them." Side characters go through that decision tree all the time to jump to the conclusion that anyone doing nice and decent things for a relative stranger must be motivated by love. Main characters are confusted into jealous snits all the time by decent behavior.

I think it’s just the standard BL jealousy trope. Phab sees Neung as a love rival. Rolls eyes. Lordy, kiddo. Your boyfriend needs to reconcile with his step brother, even if Neung has never given any signs of reciprocating Maze’s feelings. These men are so insecure.

Given that diplomatic relationships between the Philippines and the royal house of Zenuvia are such that deposed monarchs are allowed to hide out in the country, you'd think that learning the language would be a priority. Its not like the Czechs or the Kenyan's are being helpful here. LOL.
