Yah he obviously he belongs to a studio and they would call the shots based on his fandom. They want to make money. So what is the most common genre in China? The romantic ones. So all the young women can faint. To be honest I find a lot (not all) of fake kissing in that genre turns me off. There are very few actors who put some passion in it. Those that do are amazing. Be still my heart. ♥

Isn't he married? Maybe that has something to do with it?

LBY is worldly and CSS in quite naive. The contrast between these two. He is gaining her trust slowly. The one character flaw is they both go after revenge. LBY does it on the world stage and CSS does it in a childish way. They are feeding off each other. If those two ever pooled resources (maybe they will at some point) Look out world you're in for a big surprise. ♥

Totally agree. Niao Niao understands revenge. She is quick in and out revenge. LBY is long held slow revenge. You can see the difference in their characters choices and the way they handle their choices. So fascinating this story line and the way it's written and acted out.

Yes this drama can be very triggering with some of the complex characters and psychology. That's what I love about it. Makes you think. If you are triggered look at what it's triggering in you and why. ♥

Yes he is a man hanging on to himself and his revenge. You get that tight look when you are hanging on to yourself. At least he has opened up with Niao Niao but will she be enough to change him? Can he let go? Will revenge help him move on? Lesson here you can't change a man, only he can change himself.♥

I think he's doing a good job in this series. He's not supposed to be a happy, jolly bouncy puppy. He is a military man and part of the Royal family. I love his smiles on the sly. I like his bearing when he rides a horse so proudly. How he orders his attendants around. (Go get 10 lashes) What's not to like. ♥

There's only 13 episodes left. Build up in the next 6 possibly to the point of the separation. The next 6 includes the separation and the coming back. Last episode is the finally. 3

This role does not suit Dilraba. It's perfect for Zhao Lu Si. I think the director made the right choice. ZLS is more , I want to say down to earth in her acting. Her comedy timing is right on point. Also she is great with tense scenes and emotion. Not putting Dilraba down at all as I admire her as well.♥

That's because you spoiled it for yourself and found out the outcome before. If you didn't know the outcome it would not be an issue.
