WL is vicious to Niao Niao right from the beginning when NN first went out into society with her parents. Even before she was engaged to LY. WL was on her case. After she becomes engaged with LBY it intensified to the point of out and out rudeness. ♥

I do think current watchers could move over to Part 2 to leave this for new watchers. ♥

What usually happens in Empirical times the emperor marries an upright woman and it's the true marriage and then becomes the Empress. Then all the courtiers stuff his harem with their own spies, women so they can say they are part of the Royal Family. If you have a kid then you are lucky. From the sound of it Consort Yue came after the Emperor married the Empress.♥

Viki slow with subs and release. That's why I switched over to WeTV their releases with subs are faster. I find their subs okay on this series. Some times they don't have good ones but this one is good.

The proposal was an absolute shock to her. In her small world and unworldliness she just thought he was being nice to her. It hadn't crossed her mind that he had feelings for her. Her parents could see it. She couldn't. Also he kinda is a bit over bearing and commanding. << this is how she sees him. She is not afraid of him but doesn't realize she respects him. Respect is important in a relationship. The only reason he proposed at that moment was because of the "ladies" treatment of her. He did it within their hearing and left them fainting in their seats. hahahaha♥ Yes he wants to protect her. He will stop their bullying when he can. ♥

Ep 25 when LY said she was the best girl. Who said "shut up" and who said "of course". I played it twice but didn't figure it out.♥

Get through episode 5 it really picks up after that. First 5 are background on characters.

She is just over 15 yrs now. so add 5 yrs. About 20. Probably not at the beginning of Part 2 but by the later part.

If you like well developed characters, fun, intrigue, and great actors then by all means. Everyone who is seriously watching it is greatly enjoying it. ♥
